Sweat 60 PM – Free Range – FREE CLASS with Andre Whitley

Free

High intensity class looking to get the heart rate above 75%-85% of your max heart rate. Class consists of HIIT circuits using your own bodyweight, kettle bells, dumbbells, and battling ropes. Plyometric training may also be incorporated into workouts.

Sweat 60 Saturday – Saturday 9:00am-10:00am pricing (4 classes, $40)
