One-Day L.A.T.E. Class

Join us for our L.A.T.E. series one-day class on September 26. We have combined the four week series to create an eight hour, one-day class that may be easier for those who work or take classes during the week to attend. Breathing and relaxation techniques will be offered, as well as a tour of the OB Department. There will be several short breaks offered during class, as well as a 30-minute lunch break.
