LIFE Course: What Your Sleep Says About Your Health

Learn the basics of healthy sleep patterns and what problems to look for. Learn the physical and overall consequences of not sleeping well. Get a tour of MDH Sleep Lab and learn about the different treatment options available to help you get the rest you need. The class will be presented by the Leader of MDH Cardiopulmonary and the Sleep Center Donna Myers BS, RRT, RPSGT.
Fee: $5 Pre-registration is required.
